Did you enter your secret code received by mail?

You use Easytransac regularly and your transfer has not arrived. You may have forgotten to enter your secret code in order to unlock the full functionality of your account.

When you have collected a certain volume of transactions (1 500€), we send you a secret code by mail. This code is the last phase of account verification. The confirmation of this code allows us to lift the transfer limits and definitively validates your account. 

⚠️ Without this code, your transfers may be temporarily blocked. For a new code, please contact us here.

Where can I insert my secret code on my Easytransac account?

Go to My Settings, select Options and enter your code in the Validation Code field.
